WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

You will need to supply your own sleeping bags and drinks (other than water)during the day
You will also need to arrange your own transport to the departure point. There are three options for arrival; Livingstone-Zambia, Victoria Falls-Zimbabwe or Kasane-Botswana (Accommodation in Livingstone and Victoria Falls can be arranged with reservations). Note the transfer details provided below.

TOUR DESCRIPTION AND BREAK-DOWN:

Day 1/2 Arrive Victoria Falls/ Livingstone – Lodge (B&B)

Arrive to the thunderous roar of Victoria or Livingstone falls and spend two blissful nights in a luxurious lodge before joining the safari in Kasane on the morning of Day 3. Get up close and personal with the mighty Victoria Falls by boarding a plane for the “flight of the Angels” an exciting optional extra on this leg of the tour.

Day 3: Arrive Kasane (*D) Own Dinner- Camping

Arriving at the Chobe Safari Lodge at 12pm you will be briefed by our experienced team and meet your fellow travelers on this adventure of a lifetime. If you like you can enjoy an ice cold beer on a sunset cruise down the Chobe River (A highly recommended optional activity). The evening will be passed camping along the shores of the mighty Chobe River. For an excellent meal visit the Chobe Lodge restaurant (at your own expense).

Day 4: Chobe National Park 85 km (B.L.D) Camping

Rising with the African sun we will begin the day with a game drive seeking out the wildlife that abounds in the Chobe National Park. We set up camp deep in the park for an exciting overnight wildlife experience.

Day 5: Chobe National Park – Savuti 100 Km (B.L.D) Camping

What better way to start the day then with a cup steaming cup of coffee in hand while watching the majestic sunrise over the Chobe flood plains. Our journey will take us through the Savuti region, passing through local villages always on the lookout for the wildlife that flourishes within the Chobe Park. Thousands of years ago the San Bushman inhabited these lands and the rock art that abounds in this area is a testament to the ingenuity, creativeness and intelligence of the San.

Day 6, 7: Moremi Game Reserve (B.L.D) Camping

The Moremi reserve lies in the heart of the Okavango delta surrounded by criss-crossing waterways, marshes, swamps and forests. This unique terrain draws large amounts of wildlife and is hence one of the premier game viewing sites in Botswana. We will camp here for two days.

Day 8: Maun (B.L.*) Camping Own Dinner

Making the most of the day we rise with the sun and head for the South gate of the Moremi Reserve always on the lookout for wildlife. This evening we will have a chance to relax and explore the town of Maun, soaking up the friendly atmosphere.

Day 9: Maun (B)

Tour ends after breakfast and all transfers will be arranged the night before

Sadly our Safari has come to an end. You have the morning to explore, reminisce, look over photos and say fond farewells to your fellow travellers. Transfers to the airport will be arranged for the afternoon.
